Content you write: Scored using JavaScript running in your browser. We do not transmit your writing to our servers and we do not store it.

Contact inquiries: Your name and email address, collected solely to respond to your message.

Anonymised analytics: Page-level usage data (no writing content), anonymised before any processing.

Legitimate interests (6(1)(f)): Anonymised usage analytics to improve our service. Performance of contract (6(1)(b)): Delivering the ScoreContent tool. Consent (6(1)(a)): Contact inquiries and optional communications.

We use only functional browser storage (e.g. theme preference via localStorage). No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking, no behavioural profiling.

localStorage data remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not share your content with any third party.

Trusted infrastructure providers may process minimal technical data under strict Data Processing Agreements. They have no access to your writing content.

Where data moves outside the EEA, we ensure adequate safeguards via Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or transfers to countries with an adequacy decision.

Contact inquiries: retained up to 24 months then deleted. Anonymised analytics: aggregated indefinitely. Your writing content: we hold none - it never reaches us.

TLS encryption, strict access controls, and regular security assessments. Our privacy-by-design architecture eliminates content exposure risk at the source: nothing leaves your browser.

ScoreContent is not directed at persons under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact info@scorecontent.com immediately.

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes are communicated by updating the effective date and posting a notice on the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
